60 year old woman. Had two children. She requested abdominal recontouring and wanted her breasts to be slightly smaller and less droopy. She had very mild breast asymmetry as well. She had small bilateral breast reductions with lift, extended abdominoplasty with rectus diastasis repair, plus liposuction to her abdominoplasty with rectus diastasis repair, plus liposuction to her flanks, abdomen and mons. 4.33 kg was removed from her abdomen directly with abdominoplasty, plus 500 cc of fat with liposuction. 141 g and 202 g were removed from each of her right and left breasts respectively.
