True plastic surgery goes far beyond surface-level aesthetics—it is a deeply restorative discipline requiring an unyielding attention to detail, exceptional technical skill, and profound empathy. As a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Prince has spent decades mastering the intricate balance between cosmetic surgery and complex reconstructive plastic surgery.
Since beginning practice in 2009, she has earned a stellar reputation across British Columbia for delivering natural, high-quality surgical outcomes that never look overdone. Approaching each patient's journey with both meticulous precision, artistry, and compassion, Dr. Prince focuses her private cosmetic practice on high-definition body contouring, elegant breast surgery, and refined facial aesthetics.
Dr. Prince's journey into advanced surgical precision began with an elite academic foundation right here in her home province. Born and raised in British Columbia, she pursued her academic and clinical milestones at the region's top medical institution:

Holly manages scheduling for surgeries and appointments, coordinates communication between patients and our care team, and helps guide patients through the process. She is known for her warmth, efficiency, and attentiveness.
She has over 15 years of experience. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure patients feel supported. Her care and dedication help make every patient's experience a little smoother and a lot more personal.

Erin brings extensive experience in operating room nursing with a focus on cosmetic surgery patients. She assists with in-office procedures and guides patients through the preoperative process, helping ensure everyone feels prepared and confident every step of the way. Known for her thoroughness and kindness, Erin makes sure patients feel informed and cared for throughout their entire experience.

Since joining Fraser Health in 2009, Dr. Prince has played a vital and foundational role in establishing its comprehensive microsurgical reconstruction program. Her leadership has allowed patients facing severe traumatic injuries and cancer-related defects to receive world-class, advanced care close to home.
For the past decade, she has operated out of Valley Surgery Centre, a premier, accredited private surgical facility, performing custom cosmetic, breast health, and specialized WorkSafe BC procedures. More recently, she has been part of the team building City Centre Surgery, and she is excited to bring her patients to this new, state-of-the-art facility.
Driven by a commitment to lift the future of her specialty, she serves as clinical faculty in the Division of Plastic Surgery at UBC, actively teaching and mentoring the next generation of medical students and resident physicians. She remains a highly active member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Prince feels deeply privileged to care for her community and is continually humbled by the profound personal trust her patients place in her hands. Her unwavering attention to detail, natural eye for symmetry, and clinical dedication guide every single stage of her patients’ reparative and transformative journeys.
As a female plastic surgeon, she brings an incredibly intuitive, supportive, and non-judgmental perspective to conversations about body image, maternal changes, and aging. She deeply understands the vital importance of personal confidence, structural balance, and functional improvement in achieving truly meaningful, life-altering surgical outcomes.
