64-year-old woman. Lost 60 lbs. Brachioplasty, plus circumferential arm liposuction and liposuction to axilla/sides of chest wall. Patient also had breast lift.. Approximately 145 g of tissue directly removed from each of arm with brachioplasty, and 525 cc of fat removed with liposuction. Before surgery and 2 months after surgery.
