The first step toward achieving your aesthetic goals is a private, educational consultation at our boutique clinic in Surrey, BC. At Dr. Jennifer Prince Plastic Surgery, we view this initial meeting as a collaborative partnership.
This session is entirely dedicated to understanding your personal lifestyle changes, checking in on your body, and establishing realistic expectations. Whether you are exploring a post-maternal mommy makeover, a facelift, or aesthetic breast surgery, Dr. Prince provides a compassionate, honest space where your motivations are genuinely heard and respected.

Your consultation with Dr. Prince is an unhurried, multi-layered physical and educational evaluation designed to give you absolute peace of mind before making any decisions about a surgical procedure.
1. Designing Your Personal Aesthetic Goals
Your visit begins with an open dialogue about your lifestyle milestones, changing preferences, and specific areas of concern. Dr. Prince wants to understand how your body has changed over time and what your ideal desired outcome looks like.
2. A Physical Exam
Achieving an elegant, natural-looking result requires working in harmony with your body. Dr. Prince will personally analyze your natural body shape, checking critical tissue markers such as:
3. A Comprehensive Medical History Review
Patient safety is our absolute highest priority. Dr. Prince will thoroughly review your complete medical history, previous surgeries, and underlying medical conditions. To safeguard your healing process and prevent complications such as poor wound healing, you will review a checklist of all the medications and herbal supplements you take and plan a safe timeline to pause any blood thinners or other risk factors before your treatment day.

We believe that total confidence requires total financial clarity. Following your physical exam with Dr. Prince, our staff will provide you with an itemized, fully transparent quote for your custom surgical plan.
Because we hold ourselves to an uncompromising standard of integrity, your quote includes:
A Note Regarding Procedures Covered by the British Columbia Medical Services Plan (MSP):
Please note that MSP will insure surgery for procedures considered medically necessary for health reasons, but surgery performed for cosmetic reasons is not covered by MSP.
The following procedures are commonly asked about but usually fall outside MSP coverage: cosmetic mole removal, simple lipoma or skin cyst removal, scar revision surgery, skin removal after weight loss, upper eyelid surgery without vision obstruction, and small breast reductions or lifts.
You will need a referral from your family physician for any MSP-covered procedure and you will then be placed on our waitlist for an MSP consultation. During your consultation, you will be advised whether your anatomy meets the strict provincial reconstructive criteria and, if so, coordinate your surgery in the hospital setting under MSP.
To maximize your time with Dr. Prince and keep your experience completely streamlined and relaxed, we recommend a few simple steps to prepare for your visit:
